The Zan Guerry Clubhouse/Ginny Power Garden/Manker Patten Tennis Club

The Zan Guerry Clubhouse is the new destination event venue in downtown  Chattanooga, TN.  Conveniently nestled on the banks of the Tennessee River, we are a new private clubhouse. We include private parking on site, as well as handicap accessible.  Our clubhouse has decking on three sides, with 3 sets of 12-foot glass bi fold doors opening onto the Tennessee River! (For 150 guests or more, a lovely tent is required on our river deck.)

Adjoining our clubhouse is an outdoor wedding site,  the Ginny Power Garden.  The classic green and white  garden, with huge natural stepping stones from the gazebos, provides the perfect outdoor wedding ceremony site  for about 175 guests. Walk along the Tennessee River from the garden to the clubhouse in a short  minute, and then dance the night away on our oversized  patio on the Tennessee River! The walkway can be lined with torches for a perfect night....down by the riverside...under the stars!  Enjoy fabulous views of the Chattanooga bridges, riverfront, and mountains. Enjoy the Southern experience...white Southern rockers, Southern fans indoors and out.

Choose the caterer of your choice, buy your own beverages for a savings, and enjoy 6 large flat screen TV's in the men's and women's lounges for a peek at the fall football games!
