This place is a JOKE! The owner was completely rude to me. She was very fake and treated me like I was a child. I loved a dress I found there and absolutely refused to buy it there because of soley how the owner acted. I am a plus size girl and she treated me like I was worthless. She was bringing me size 6 dresses to try on and pretty much told me there was no way she could get my dress by June. Guess what? I took my 2000 dollars and went to Monica's where I got AMAZING service and a beautiful dress. Totally classless, don't was your time unless you want to feel totally unimportant. Like I said, a joke as far as finding a wedding dress. Small selection too.

I had a great experience here. I tried on bridal dresses here and had my maids try on bridemaid dresses. I didnt find my wedding dress here but we did find beautiful dresses for my bridesmaids. Even with us ordering kind of last minute they were able to get the dresses in good time even though there was a small rush fee, but that was from the designer not them. Some of thier stuff though is really expensive.

This was the worst experience ever. I was told I would receive a big discount and there was no discount given. Then she told me I could just come in and look around and try stuff on but then acted rude to me when I showed up without an appointment. Then she talked bad about the place I was going to have my wedding. I found all the dresses to be beautiful, however they were expensive. I could have a dress made custom size at a place I found for half that amount and it looks just as good if not even better than her dresses. All in all we were treated like we were not as good because we didn't have an appointment and the prices were not as she claimed. I had 6 months until my wedding and she told me I would not even be able to order a dress in that time that I would have to take what she had or basically go somewhere else... so, thats what I did.

They were very professional, supportive and had a beautiful modern and varied collection.

Ever After did an amazing job for me. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I love that they remember you and your dress every time you go in. It is a beautiful shop and they carry gorgeous designer dresses. You get a LOT of detail in these dresses. These gowns look like they would cost a TON and are quite affordable. I ordered my dress 6 months before my wedding and was told it would come in late September (my wedding was Oct. 10th) but it came in earlier than expected and the alterations were perfect the very first time. They even let us come in and taught my aunt how to lace the dress up. My dress was AMAZING on my wedding day.

The dress I got was very beautiful, but I had a lot of trouble with this shop. When they measured me for the dress, the girl pulled the tape pretty tight. She said I was between 2 sizes so I got the larger. When the dress came in I couldn't breath or sit in it, it was so tight. The owner said the seamtress could let it out and it would be fine, but it had a lot of boning which makes is more complicated. So I got them to send it back for an even larger size. They charged me a $50 restocking fee, and said the alterations could be started until I paid it, even though I had already paid for the dress. When I tried to schedule a fitting for the second dress, the seamtress was going out of town and she could do if for a couple weeks, which put it about a month before the wedding. I had a total of four fittings and each time I had to drive to Cleveland. I told her exactly what I wanted everytime, and each time if she had managed to fix something she messed something else up in the process. I had a two fittings there the week of my wedding. At every fitting if she had taken something in too much, she just told me I had gained weight, even thought I was losing weight due to stress. The owner agreed with her that I must just be gaining weight. The owner only got involved when my wedding planner told her to. At the last fitting the owner just kept telling me that the dress looked fine and it looked like it was made for me, etc. even though I was visibly upset. At the last fitting, the Wednesday before my Saturday wedding, I just paid here and took the dress home even though it was not fixed. She offered me a $20 discount for all my trouble. I didn't take it, b/c it was insulting. I took the dress to another seamstress in town, and she did a wonderful job. I found out that she hadn't even put hem tape in the hem.

Fantastic service and array of gowns to chose from. I was plesantly surprised at how accommodating everyone was with my crazy schedule~ found the most beautiful gown that I'll treasure forever! I can't thank them enough for thei great customer service. Wonderful!

I have been in many weddings and out of all the weddings I have done the service and caring that this place provided was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make my wedding day the best day of my life. They called me whenever somehtingcame up and when my vail had a small hole in it they went ahead and ordered me another one and even called me to make sure it came in before my wedding. I love them all. Kendra and Christian were wonderful.

Everyone at Ever After was so easy to work with and the selection of dresses was great.

Kendra was amazing. She was very concerned with what type of dress I wanted, and not what She thought I would look good in. The first day we found the dress, which in itself was amazing, due to I had been shopping for a dress for a year! She took good care of my bridesmaids as well and made sure that everyone was satisfied at all times. We even had an issue where my wedding was pushed back 3 months, and she was very understanding about it. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend!!!
