We worked with them from Chattanooga and they added a huge WOW factor to our wedding. Great to work with and even made a few trips down to make sure their services and our space were perfect. Must use!

The staff at AOPR helped me not only with renting items that I knew I needed, they also helped me with a vision for my event that I would not have seen myself. They also were fair with their prices and talked me out of renting unnecessary items, which helped me not blow my budget.

All Occasions Party Rentals was AMAZING as always. Everything was setup just as we had discussed and right on time. We added bistro lights and Japanese lanterns to our tent and it was beautiful. They were extremely accommodating with every request that we made. When the day came to set everything up, we weren't worried at all. Everything was perfect and we own a HUGE thank you to AOPR!

Jason was awesome to work with. They gave my wife the wedding of her dreams.

We were very happy with the items we rented for our wedding reception. Their warehouse had so many options for us to choose from, and they had the perfect table linens to match our wedding colors. They were also the only rental company near our wedding site that had a clear tent, and it was perfect for our outdoor reception. They always responded to my emails and calls, and they were a pleasure to work with.

All rental equipement was great. Jason was incredible in turning the venue into something magical. People were blown away at how beautiful everthing was.

I rented a tent, linens, and a cake stand. They all did their job at my wedding and served their purpose as needed!

I rented tables, chairs, linens, plates, serveware, and glasses. Communication before was excellent as i changed my order several times and the were quick to respond via email and phone. Delivery was early! Even though something was delivered incorrectly, they remedied the situation immediately!

We rented most of our wedding supplies from All Occasions Party Rentals. Our rental director did a great job making sure all of our stuff was accounted for and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and easy for our big day. They prices were unbeatable in the area and was extremely easy to access my account online. The only negative aspect to AOPR was our white linens were a little dirty when we received them. We were able to cover them, so I did not care, but they were a little stained.

Let me just say that first of all, the only reason I went with this company was because my wedding planner had suggested that they were "the best." Yes, they are the biggest vendor in town, however, I got a bad feeling about them at the Premier Bridal Show when they weren't at all concerned about talking to brides. Most of the time, I saw several of the employees going around to the other vendors to get free food. But, I decided to go ahead and go with them since my planner received a discount. Now, you should know that I was a very organized and particular bride. I booked my chairs from AOPR 8 months in advance. I also stopped by on 3 separate occasions (since my numbers had changed) and received all 3 times printout confirmations of the chairs I wanted. I was very particular because I didn't want any tacky plastic chairs I could have bought at Walmart. I wanted the white woooden chairs. I even paid in full for these chairs way in advance. THE DAY OF MY WEDDING I was about to go get my hair done with all my bridesmaids, when I received a call from my wedding planner stating that AOPR had overbooked the chairs and that they didn't have mine. I was getting married outside in 6 hours and these people didn't have my chairs! They ended up bringing the nasty plastic chairs and since I went off on them about how nasty and tacky they looked, they promised to give me half my money back and bring covers for the chairs. Well, let me tell you that they looked awful. It looked like sheet had been thrown over them. I was married in a beaitufl very upscale courtyard and they were an eyesore. However, at the time, all I cared about was marrying my husband. But I want to warn other brides to go with other smaller companies who might not be so well known or even companies in Maryville or surrounding areas. You don't want this to happen to you on your weddin day trust me.

They had a friendly staff, nice selection, and they were easy to work with.

All Occasions Party Rentals saved my wedding! I had big ideas for my wedding and found out I went way over my budget...I met with Jason at AOPR and he got my below my budget and still everything was just as I pictured. IHe had great ideas and was VERY helpful!

I did not have a pleasant experience working with this place. The lady who helped us was nice at first and advised us to,"go ahead and rent more than we think we need because we can always cancel part of our order and get a refund no problem." So we listened to her, and sure enough we had rented too much. Not to mention a couple of things we were able to purchase cheaper than renting them, and they were in better shape. When my mother went down to the rental company to cancel some of the items, she was serviced by the same woman who helped us the first time. She was so rude to my mother and told her," she needs to tell me there comes a time when I need to quit making changes." She told my mother she could not give her a cash refund she had to put it on my debit card even though I paid for those particular items with cash. Well the debit card she put the refund on was closed because my husband and I had already closed the account and opened one together.It took over a month to get almost $200 back. The head accountant that I spoke with several times was incompetent and unprofessional. He never returned my phone calls and kept putting me off and blaming my bank, even though I know the lady at the bank personally. He just sat on the phone and sounded half asleep saying" well,ugh we don't know what to do." He and everyone else told me they didn't know what to do because the girl to did the return messed it up.No one there knows what is going on. I would not recommend this place, not only that I would recommend looking at Sam's or Bed Bath and Beyond and just buying it new.Most of their things looked really worn out and they are over priced, you can buy the same price that you can rent.

All Occasions Party Rentals provided full service rentals for our residential outdoor ceremony and tent reception in the Smoky Mountains in October. Ceremony Chairs, Tents, reception tables and chairs, linens, space heaters, etc. They provided it all. They were great to work with! They were professional and courteous and always prompt in their communication. They were flexible in accommodating our needs and came out to the residence two different times to measure and ensure that the tents and everything would fit. They arrived for set-up a couple of days prior and finished with the pole draping the morning of. Everything came together beautifully and exceeded our expectations.

We rented chairs, a PA system, and a wireless microphone. Several months prior to the wedding, we were just renting chairs, but decided several weeks prior to the wedding that we'd also like a PA system and wireless mic. They were able to easily add these to our order. Delivery was on-time.

All Occasions Party Rental is a one stop shop. I rented everything from a tent for my reception, to a portable PA system, to tables & chairs, and plates. They were fast and efficient with setting everything up and accomidated my need for them to pick everything up early after the wedding. They were helpful and offered suggestions based on the type of wedding I wanted. I would definitely recommend them.

All Occasion Party Rentals did a wonderful job with my tablecloths and napkins. We also rented cake plates from them. The quality of everything was excellent and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience with this company! I rented all the essentials for my wedding at one place which was so convenient. Jeff and the team were so great to work with.

My husband's family has money, my family, who was paying, does not have as much. I'm not sure who the representative thought we were, but he was showing us pictures from a wedding of a well known Knoxville politician. The options he presented were way over budget. He also included a few things in the budget without explaining what they were. Also, for one of the premier rental places in Knoxville, their selection was rather lacking in my opinion.

I rented a freezer, and it was extremely easy. The company delivered the freezer the night before, and my dad took it back the day after the wedding. There was no extra charge for returning it the day after. It was clean, working properly, and nice looking.
